Grandma bought this for my three year old. She loves it. We set it up at Grandparents and she played in it and then took it down and shipped it across the country. She has been playing in it at home for a few days. It was played in and has been moved from our living room into her bedroom and played with as rough as a three year old and her two active parents can be. I was surprised when I saw the negative reviews. We will be careful with the poles. It is decent quality for the price stated (remember we didn't pay for it). I told Grandma tonight on the phone that she "hit it out of the ball park with that gift." I think it is an awesome gift for her. She has moved all kinds of things inside and has a portion reserved for reading with a basket of books and Highlights mags inside.
