Having a pistol-style blaster can be useful. The Sharp Shot makes some nice improvements to the single fire blaster.
The good:
-The conical design of the barrel front makes reloading easier with out having to look. Such a simple thing but it improved my RoF at least.
-Durable. Like all the new Dart Tag blasters this one feels very sturdy and up to some abuse.
-Easy to modify. I looked up some modifications for this blaster and it is really easy to get more performance with little effort. Of course you shouldn't modify your blaster though...
-Inexpensive. I bought mine from a local store and it was much more reasonably priced than this vendor.
The bad:
- It is a single shot blaster so if you are having a serious tag game I would spend the extra money for something that can fire a succession of darts.
-Internal mechanism. Similar blasters like the Nightfinder can fire Taggers darts and get a better range out of the box.
I like this blaster for it's feel and looks. I think it's weaker than Ex model blasters, but it is fun for target shooting.
